I have a couple of WordPress plugins that help with part of this… Sociofluid lets me add my blog posts to my Facebook page with just a couple of clicks.

Traffic Exchange or Exchange Traffic?

Have you ever used a traffic exchange program?
Since it’s no longer proper (not that it ever was) to ask other social bookmarking sites to exchange traffic with stumbles, diggs, etc you may want to consider an “old school” method of exchanging traffic.
